From the Board President- Tim LaLonde
I will remember 2022 as the first full, unlimited season since I joined the Board and what a great season it was. It was the ultimate reward to see 500 people buzzing about a great show as they empty out onto Riverside Drive. It makes all the planning for the season worthwhile. We will have hosted approximately 13,000 people at our events in 2022. If you are a business owner and have not done so, please consider placing an ad in our program.
Speaking of planning, you will see we have a great list of diverse entertainment locked in for 2023 with a few more performances still to be added. We are continuously looking at performers for future shows. If you have an idea for a future performance or event, please contact Julie or me at [email protected].
In addition to musical performances, we will also have Arts in Education programming for area schools, our popular wine pairings, movies and guest speakers. We were pleased to have hosted the History at Noon series this past year as part of Clayton’s sesquicentennial celebration. We are also exploring featuring popular local performers during the shoulder seasons.
I especially want to thank all of our patrons and sponsors for their continued support. I enjoyed meeting many of you this year at the door or in the Patron’s Lounge during intermissions. We could not do what we do without you and truly appreciate your generosity. Take a moment to review our Patron giving levels and the perks at each giving level.
On behalf of the Board, I would also like to thank our staff and our volunteers for their work during this very busy year. If you have not yet, please introduce yourself to Paige in the box office who joined us this summer. Julie, Michaela and Jeff are also gearing up for a great 2023 season! We are here to serve our community and surrounding area as your year-round entertainment destination.
Happy holidays and see you soon at an upcoming show!
