The achievements of rock ‘n’ roll heavyweights, The Trews, are many and mighty, highlighted by multiple radio hits, drawn from seven critically acclaimed studio albums plus several EPs, a pair of live records, and a retrospective. Comprised of lead vocalist/guitarist Colin MacDonald, lead guitarist John-Angus MacDonald, bassist Jack Syperek, drummer Theodore Mckibbon, and keyboardist Jeff Heisholt, The Trews have been one of Canada's most successful rock bands of the past decade, earning 20 Top 10 Rock radio singles (including three #1's) and multiple Gold & Platinum certified albums. The band has also received multiple East Coast Music Awards, a CIMA Road Gold Award, an Independent Music Award (US) in 2009 for Best Rock / Metal Song, and numerous JUNO Award nominations.
The Trews have played thousands of shows worldwide, on their own as well as supporting the Rolling Stones, KISS, Robert Plant, Guns 'n Roses, Aerosmith, Weezer, Mumford & Sons, Bruce Springsteen, Switchfoot and more. The Trews introduced their magnetic and massive sound on their 2003 full-length debut album, House Of Ill Fame. Drawing on rock, pop, punk, and metal, the band took over Canadian Radio with “Not Ready to Go.” Twenty years and a Canadian Platinum certification later, the songs still pack their original punch. Now, the album that kickstarted their incredible career has been re-released as a 20th Anniversary Limited Edition Box Set on November 24th 2023. Most recently, their single “The Breakdown” - released on March 7, 2025 - reached #1 on Canada Rock Radio. The band’s newest album, The Bloody Light, was released on October 24, 2025.

Scott Terry (of Red Wanting Blue) - Opening Act for The Trews
A consummate singer, songwriter, and storyteller, Scott Terry has spent the last 30 years pouring every ounce of himself into his heartland band Red Wanting Blue. Hailed as “Midwestern rock heroes” by American Songwriter Red Wanting Blue first roared to life out of Columbus, OH, in the mid 1990’s, and they’ve since gone on to become one of the Indie World’s most enduring, beloved and self-sufficient acts.
With thirteen albums recorded to date, the band notched appearances from Late Night to NPR, reached #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart and toured the country with marathon strength, all while operating largely outside the confines of the traditional music industry.
Scott Terry’s instantly recognizable baritone and infectious energy have become synonymous with the group’s electrifying live shows described as “Triumphant and uplifting” by Parade.

A New Jersey native, Terry currently resides in Brooklyn, NY. His first solo album, produced by acclaimed singer and songwriter Will Hoge, is set to release in Nov 2026.
