Ticket Purchasing Options
- Tickets may be purchased by walk-up during box office hours, by calling the box office (315-686-2200), or on our events calendar.
- Internet orders incur a $3.50 per ticket service charge.
- Phone orders incur a $3.50 per ticket service charge for tickets priced $10 and higher.
- Tickets purchased online can be printed immediately using the Print@Home option.
- Tickets purchased via phone are held for you at Will Call for pickup the evening of the show.

Payment Policies
TIPAF accepts cash, checks, or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) when tickets are purchased at the box office. Orders placed via Phone or Internet must be paid via MasterCard or Visa. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets purchased for any event are considered a final sale. There are no refunds and no exchanges. (Member Patrons at the Composer level or higher are eligible for ticket exchanges subject to availability).
Any ticket purchased at the Clayton Opera House is a revocable license and may be taken up and admission refused upon refunding the purchase price. The resale at a higher price than the original sale price unless specific authority is granted in writing is grounds for seizure and cancellation. The ticketholder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during or after the same. The service charge paid is non-refundable in the case of cancellation of the event and liability for any loss or inconvenience experienced by any holder shall be limited to refund of printed price on the ticket held. Please contact the box office if your ticket has been lost or stolen.
