Ticket Purchasing Options
- Tickets may be purchased by walk-up during box office hours, by calling the box office (315-686-2200), or on our events calendar.
- Internet orders incur a $2.50 per ticket service charge.
- Phone orders incur a $2.50 per ticket service charge for tickets priced $10 and higher.
- Phone orders incur a $1 per ticket service charge for tickets priced under $10.
- Tickets purchased online can be printed immediately using the Print@Home option.
- Tickets purchased via phone are held for you at Will Call for pickup the evening of the show.

Payment Policies
TIPAF accepts cash, checks, or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) when tickets are purchased at the box office. Orders placed via Phone or Internet must be paid via MasterCard, VISA or Discover. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets purchased for any event are considered a final sale. There are no refunds and no exchanges. (Member Patrons at the Composer level or higher are eligible for ticket exchanges subject to availability)
