Box Office Hours

Tickets can be purchased at the Clayton Opera House box office by phoning 315-686-2200 or visiting us during the following hours of operation:

Summer & Fall Hours (Memorial Day through December 23)
Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 4:00 pm.
On performances days, the box office will be open from noon through the the start of the event.

Winter & Spring Hours (January 1 - May 22)
Tuesday through Friday from noon to 4:00 pm.
On performances days, the box office will be open from noon through the the start of the event.

Policies

TIPAF accepts cash, check Visa and Mastercard. Checks should be made payable to TIPAF.

We are sorry, but due to high demand, unpaid reservations will not be taken and refunds are not available. If you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased tickets, please contact the box office and we will gladly issue you a receipt crediting you for a charitable contribution in the full amount of your purchase.

The box office is located in the main lobby of the Opera House and can be accessed by entering the building on Riverside Drive. Patrons with mobility challenges should enter the building at the Merrick Street entrance and follow the signs to the elevator.
