What a year! All I can say is it can only get better as we bring this year to a close. First and foremost, I would like to thank all of our Patrons and ticketholders for your patience, generosity, and understanding during this past performance season. It was an unprecedented time for the Thousand Islands Performing Arts Fund, as well as the entertainment industry as a whole, and your loyalty and support helped us get through it all in good shape.

We have reached out to almost all of our ticketholders on the status of cancelled performances tickets, but if we missed you or have not heard back with a response, please don’t hesitate to give the box office a call or send an email concerning your unused tickets and we will work out a refund, customer credit, or donation accordingly. And as a reminder, your unused tickets cannot be used for the same performance next year due to the different show dates scheduled and the difficulty validating those tickets on show nights.

To borrow an old and timeless adage, the show must go on. It’s surprising Julie has any hair left after dealing with cancellations and rescheduling shows this past summer. The good news is she’s got it all worked out and she’s more optimistic than ever! We are hopeful that our 2020 performances will be confirmed again for this year and into 2022 with the addition of a few more surprises that are just waiting on how this pandemic plays out.

As you all know, many things beyond our control will affect the timing of when we will release the 2021 Patron brochure and the start of ticket sales for those shows. But rest assured the Opera House is closely monitoring the news and will keep everyone posted through updates on our Facebook page, our website, and through newsletters such as these. I hope you all stay safe and healthy while enjoying this holiday season, and I look forward to seeing everyone next year!
